Oluwaseun is actively involved in human rights matters and heads the business and human rights department of the firm. He has published and presented papers on human rights at various universities across the globe, including Yale University. He holds a L.L.B degree from Lagos State University and an MSc in International Relations from the University of East London, majoring in human rights and mediation. Oluwaseun took courses on Human Rights from Harvard University and Peace Operations Training Institute, as well as courses on Conflict Analysis, Conflict Management and Negotiation from the United States Institute of Peace. He has immense experience in constitutional and human rights law having advised and represented/supported numerous clients in diverse cases on the enforcement of fundamental human rights. Oluwaseun was contacted by the World Bank to assist with research on Nigerian laws for its developmental project: Enabling The Business of Agriculture. He coordinates the activities of the West Africa Chapter of the International Non-Governmental Organisation- Academics Stand Against Poverty (ASAP) and is a member of the Peace and Justice Studies Association, Washington D.C as well as the International Sociological Association (ISA).
